Spritz a few drops of water onto your brows, then gently dry them. Brows should remain slightly damp, not wet.

● 02 — BRUSH
Brush your brows upward and outward to shape and prepare them.

● 03 — LIFT & SET
Apply the Brow Lift with the spoolie, then use the spatula end to press and set the hairs in place. Let dry for 60 seconds.

● 04 — DEFINE
Fill in sparse areas with your Ultra Precise Brow Pencil.
